So there all good, is not it, well, because now is when you come to play the shameful of phone company Movistar calling the following days since in its database consisted wanted to go to the other company (Orange ), and he made a counter offer , told Mr ...... as we know it is a good customer we offer any phone you choose to cost 0 to not lose a client. The customer told him I just want the iPhone 4, if I leave, to which the telephone after negotiating an acceptable and also gave 50% less in 6 months next bill, or something so .
The client was asked a voice kind of contract (which must be registered and I imagine that there it can lay its hands on these ruffians) and said that within 72 hours we will send a code with which could go to any store that company pick up your phone .
spent 72 hours and not get code, customer name, and after waiting 10 minutes listening to a catchy song, I was treated and said they felt on behalf of such ...
but had struggled with the system of codes but not to worry that within 72 business hours guaranteed that you would , LIE !!!!! ¡¡¡¡¡ spent another 72 hours and the code even had not sent. The customer became angry to call, filed a complaint, and turned to take long to 72 hours. This morning
had past 72 hours and again the customer had to call to tell had not yet received anything when much to the surprise and have him after 20 minutes on hold, we say that the offer it felt much in the name of such ... but the offer he had echo could not do and that your not going to give ( after more than 10 das waiting.)
I did not see his face to this person but I'm sure he would an impressive idiot face.
only tell you that it is already in the hands of his lawyer but did not think you can do much, because as much imagine that a judge can force the unwanted company that fulfill their contract and give the phone, but I doubt he wants to follow in a company of thieves as is!
Be very careful and not be fooled.
