Second Edition Shining COSTA RICA ART

A total of 45 artists put aside the techniques that often work their deeds, to engage in exploring new horizons in art lighting. Experienced exponents of the art in the exhibition will join "Objects of art, light II" (Art Luminic in Costa Rica), to show their exploration with this artistic trend. The exhibit will be from 9 until the end of the month, in the rooms VIII, IX and X of the National Gallery, second floor. It is approximately 45 pieces including installations, videos, assemblies, and three-dimensional objects that come alive in the darkness of the room by means of artificial light. This proposal is made as an initiative of the Council of Guardians of the National Gallery of Children's Museum. The idea of \u200b\u200bthe organizers is to drive in Costa Rica, art work lighting, a trend that is in vogue in major art centers of the world. Visitors can witness the challenge that took the artists to use artificial light as the raw material of their artworks.
